UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY - UINTAH BASIN CAMPUS
Artist Jocelyn Russell, submitted by Boody Fine Arts, Inc., was commissioned to sculpt Utah State University's bull mascot. At 10' tall, 12' long, 6' wide, and more than 2,000 pounds, Russell's bronze bull is a twice life-size Mexican fighting bull. Full Charge was installed in February 2011 in the middle of a roundabout south of the Uintah Basin campus.

Boody Fine Arts coordinated Russell's submittal for this Request for Qualifications, assisted with her presentation preparation once shortlisted, and reviewed her contract after being selected for the commission.
